Alternate Transportation Car Policy

Due to insurance regulations, the driver of any Alternate Transportation must be 21 years old.
Alternate Transportation is based on availability.
Alternate Transportation reserved at appointment time.
Alternate Transportation is provided Monday through Thursday from 7am until 5pm
The driver must present a valid drivers license, credit card, and proof of insurance before operating a Loaner Car.
Only the person(s) listed and signing the Loaner Car Policy may operate the Loaner Car.
All traffic, parking tickets, bridge and road tolls are the responsibility of the driver of the Loaner Car.
The Loaner Car must be returned on the day the repair is completed or when agreed day is scheduled.
A usage fee of $49.95 per day will be charged to the driver who fails to return the Loaner Car on the repair completed day or agreed upon day.
A $10.00 per 1/8 of a tank will be charged to the driver who does not return the Loaner Car with the same amount of fuel as when checked out. Mileage is restricted to 55 miles per day. A mileage fee of $0.20 per mile will be charged to any driver who exceeds the daily mileage allowance.
All Loaner Cars are NON-SMOKING vehicles.
A detail fee of $199.95 will be charged to the driver who smokes in any Loaner Car.
Pets are not permitted in Loaner Cars. A detail fee of $199.95 will be charged to the driver who transports their pet.

Car Wash Policy

Complimentary Car Wash with any Service.
Complimentary Car Wash for any customer that purchased their vehicle at Quality BMW.
Complimentary Car Wash is done Monday through Friday from 9am until 5pm
Car Wash is closed for all customers when the temperature is 0 degrees Fahrenheit or below.
Complimentary Car Wash consists of Exterior wash and Interior Vacuum only.

*Management reserves the right to alter the complimentary car wash policy at any time.
